The Hand & Stone experience begins as soon as you enter our front door. The sounds of relaxing music and our signature tranquil waterwall will help you to forget about the outside world for a while. Our friendly front desk staff will greet you and confirm your services. A simple intake form will then be filled out while you sit in our relaxing waiting area. Your Massage Therapist will then introduce themselves and take you to your beautifully appointed massage room.

Your Massage Therapist will review your intake form and address any concerns or problem areas you may have. Your Massage Therapist will then leave the room for a few minutes to allow you to undress to your level of comfort and lie face down under the top sheet and plush blanket. The therapist will knock before reentering the room to begin your massage. Professional draping techniques are always used throughout the entire massage session for your maximum comfort.

You can expect a tranquil, relaxing and comfortable environment throughout your massage session. All rooms have individual sound and lighting controls with the highest quality heated massage tables, covered in clean crisp linens and a plush blanket.

You can always communicate any requests or concerns to your Massage Therapist during your massage. Your level of comfort is their top priority. Remember you are in the hands of professionals, just relax and enjoy your massage.
