Our friendly staff will welcome you and ask you to complete a quick questionnaire about your medical history, past or present injuries, and whether you are pregnant or have other conditions we should be aware of. • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
During your treatment
Your Licensed Esthetician will guide you to the treatment room for a brief consultation to understand your goals and current routine. You'll then have a moment to change into a spa wrap and get comfortable under the sheet on the heated table. Your esthetician will share their observations and recommend a personalized treatment tailored to your skin’s needs • Voice any areas of concern or needing special attention • Communicate any wishes regarding your skin treatment • Make yourself comfortable
After your treatment
At the end of your facial, you’ll have a moment to get dressed and collect your belongings. Your esthetician will check in about your experience and share post-treatment care tips and recommendations. • Avoid applying makeup or other products for 6 hours after your treatment • Give your face time to heal, avoid picking at your skin or using abrasive products • Go over your at-home care plan and products with your esthetician • Plan a follow-up visit
