Hand & Stone x Dermalogica Owner VIP Trip

What an amazing time celebrating the top 50 spending owners for Dermalogica these past few days! We have had the most amazing time staying at The Portofino Hotel in Redondo Beach with a marina view dinner, a trip to Dermalogica HQ with keynote speakers from their CEO, Head of U.S. Sales, VP of Marketing, Dr. Angela Murphy, and many more speakers about marketing strategy, the service booking integration, retail & service innovations and so much ‘behind the curtain’ info! The owners even got to be an esthetician for the day and swap skin treatments to get a better understanding of estheticians & facial services- I am happy to report everyone was super excited about this part and did amazing. There was a tour of the full headquarters and many photo ops with the famous ‘squeeze tube’. At night, we sailed into the sunset on our yacht in Marina Del Ray.

As Hand & Stone continues to gain momentum as the authority skincare brand in the U.S., the right ‘end to end’ support from our vendor partners becomes increasingly more crucial. The relationship with Dermalogica is one of our longest-standing partnerships, dating back 12 years now. One of our main goals of focus is that 50% of our service allocation is to be made up of facials- many of the spas invited to the trip have already achieved this goal and are aiming even higher! We are so thankful for our amazing vendors who celebrate our shared successes, and especially Dermalogica for this top-notch trip.

Dermalogica once again demonstrated their commitment to the Hand & Stone partnership and to helping both organizations deliver on the promise of helping our clients achieve true skin wellness.”

Our Vice President of Brand Experience, Lisa Rossmann, CFE shares her thoughts on the trip “There is truly no other way to describe the last two days other than to say they were spectacular. The entire event was so well thought out, with attention to every last detail to make our owners and spa leaders feel celebrated and inspired. I had conversations with several attendees who enjoyed themselves immensely and are headed back to their businesses with a renewed sense of energy, comradery, and appreciation for the wonderful brand that is Dermalogica.
