Before joining Hand & Stone, Jim spent over a decade at Sport Clips Men’s Haircuts, where he held several key leadership roles in franchise development. From July 2013 to September 2024, he played a crucial role in the brand’s growth, helping to expand its national footprint from 1,043 to over 1,800 stores in all 50 states as well as supporting franchisees in scaling their businesses.
Earlier in his career, Jim was with The UPS Store corporate headquarters from 2005 to 2013, where he contributed to the success and development of the franchise system, gaining invaluable experience in corporate accounts, international, industrial engineering, and franchise development.
