Kalinowski will oversee franchise sales strategy and candidate recruitment as Vice President of Franchise Development. She brings extensive franchise sales experience, most recently serving as Senior Franchise Sales Director at Primrose Schools. Her background also includes franchise development roles at Sylvan Learning and leadership experience with Laureate Online Education and Burger King Corporation.
Miller joins as Franchise Development Manager, where she will support inbound franchise leads, strengthen broker relationships and guide candidates through the discovery process. She previously served as a Lead Qualification Specialist at A&W Restaurants.
Kresak will support franchise lead generation and marketing initiatives as Franchise Development Marketing Manager. She brings experience in digital marketing strategy and paid media execution, most recently serving as a strategist with Wild Coffee Marketing.
Tacca, who has been with Hand & Stone for five years, has been promoted to Director of Franchise Development. In her expanded role, she will help lead franchise business development, strengthen broker and partner relationships and support strategic growth initiatives across the system.
