Hand & Stone Recognized as an Honoree In the 30th Annual Webby Awards

We’re proud to share that Hand & Stone has been named an Official Honoree at the 30th Annual Webby Awards in the Best Visual Design (Function) category for our website experience, “Calm, Clarity, and Conversion” — created in partnership with our agency partner, Huge.

Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet. Established in 1996 and presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, the awards received over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and over 70 countries worldwide this year. With that level of competition, being selected as an Official Honoree is a meaningful distinction. As Nick Borenstein, General Manager of The Webby Awards, put it: “Honorees like Hand & Stone are redefining what’s possible on the Internet, pushing creativity and innovation forward in bold and unexpected ways. Being recognized as an Honoree from nearly 13,000 entries is an incredible achievement and a true testament to the impact of their work.”

The Best Visual Design (Function) category recognizes sites that balance form with function, which is exactly what we set out to create. Together with Huge, a design and technology company known for delivering digital products and experiences for ambitious brands, we built a website that meets guests where they are. The result is a calm, approachable aesthetic paired with intuitive navigation that makes booking a massage or facial as simple as it should be.

Our leadership team shared what this recognition means to them. “This award reflects months of hard work and a seamless partnership across our Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams. We’re proud of what we built alongside Huge and thrilled to see that work celebrated at this level,” said Sherrill Kaplan, Chief Revenue Officer. “This recognition speaks to our commitment to delivering a digital experience that matches our relaxing and rejuvenating in-spa experience. Seeing that effort recognized is incredibly rewarding,” added Siddharth Desai, Chief Digital and Technology Officer.

We’re grateful to the team at Huge whose creativity, craft, and strategic thinking brought this vision to life. This recognition is a reflection of the care that goes into every part of the Hand & Stone experience, from the moment a guest first lands on our site to the moment they step out of one of our locations feeling their best.
