Jackie helps our franchisees at Hand & Stone navigate the real estate journey—from scouting the perfect site to signing the lease—with confidence and clarity. Her role is more than transactional; she advocates for our franchise partners and ensures they feel supported every step of the way. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs turn their vision into reality, one lease at a time.
Her career spans 35+ years in retail and franchising. She spent 27 years at Hallmark Cards, where she honed her skills in sales, training, market development, leasing, and operations. Then came an incredible 9-year run at The LEGO Group, where she helped build their global franchise program—opening 800 stores in 50 markets, including 63 stores across Latin America. She led expansion efforts in Mexico, Central, and South America, bringing the LEGO® brand to new communities.
Since joining Hand & Stone in January 2024, she has been focused on helping franchisees grow with purpose and precision.
