Most recently, as Chief Franchise Officer at European Wax Centers, she spearheaded transformative initiatives that fueled significant system-wide sales growth and added over 200 locations. Julie works extensively across the Hand & Stone franchise community, with a focus on advancing our franchise business consulting practice and driving spa operations consistency.
