After submitting your contact information, we’ll schedule a brief introductory call with a franchise development representative, who will be your point of contact throughout the franchise process. During this call, we’ll share more information about your franchise opportunity with Hand & Stone, then learn about your goals and interests.
If we decide that franchising with Hand & Stone is a good fit based on your goals, you’ll be invited to attend an informational webinar. This virtual webinar is full of useful information about partnering with Hand & Stone. It’s an interactive webinar, so feel free to ask questions!
Your franchise application is what our franchise development team uses to consult you effectively. Take your time filling it out and share as many details with us as possible. Please keep in mind that submitting a franchise application does not obligate you to purchase a franchise if you’re awarded one.
Validation is a crucial part of the franchise process. During validation, we’ll connect you with current Hand & Stone franchisees. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about their experience as a franchisee, what a franchise owner’s day-to-day looks like, and how they have grown their businesses.
Meet the Team Day is your in-person introduction to Hand & Stone’s company culture. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our leadership team and your future Hand & Stone peers. This is a jam-packed day, full of information and inspiration. By the end, we think you’ll be able to see a future with Hand & Stone.
Finally, our franchise team will make a final decision on your application and – hopefully – you’ll be awarded a franchise and sign your franchise agreement. Welcome to the Hand & Stone community!
