“In just five years, I have proudly become the largest operator in the Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa system. My company, FGG Spa, LLC, has expanded to nearly 60 Hand & Stone locations across eight East Coast states, from Florida to New Jersey, as of September 2024. This journey of growth and success with such an extraordinary brand has been both an honor and a privilege.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

While we are recognized for our impressive expansion and growth-focused approach, I am equally committed to fostering a people-centric culture within our organization. I firmly believe that the well-being and development of our Hand & Stone employees directly contribute to their outstanding performance and our collective success.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One of my greatest joys is mentoring, and our comprehensive training and mentoring programs have enabled many of our team members to advance from assistant managers to regional roles or even become franchisees themselves. Through servant leadership and Hand & Stone\u2019s support, I have prioritized offering valuable employee benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance as well as a 401(k) program.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
