She also revamped operational processes and franchising consulting models, implementing platforms like SMG and ProfitKeeper to enhance franchisee success. Previously, she held executive roles as Senior Vice President of Operations at Front Burner Society and President of Le Duff North America. Her hospitality career began at Bloomin\u2019 Brands, where she drove revenue growth from $300 million to $800 million as Regional Vice President of Bonefish Grill.
