Policy on Non Discrimination and Gender Identity

It is our policy for Hand and Stone franchisees to treat all employees with dignity and respect and to provide a workplace that is free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity or pregnancy), national origin, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, age, sexual orientation or any other legally protected category under federal, state, or local law. Once an employee has begun working full-time in the gender that reflects their gender identity, transgender service personnel will be represented in that manner to clients for scheduling and appointment purposes.
