At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for all guests and employees. We and our independently owned franchise locations follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations prohibiting workplace discrimination, and, at the same time, we respect our client’s preferences when it comes to their spa experience.  

Recently, a social media post surfaced regarding a client who expressed concerns about the presence of an employee in one of our franchise locations. The client’s concern was related to the employee’s gender identity. The client did not receive a service from the referenced service provider, nor was the service provider assigned to the client. We strive to ensure that responses to guest concerns align with our core value of delivering professional service.
