Hand & Stone spa membership works on a credit system. We'll add a credit to your account when we process your monthly payment, and you can redeem that credit for one classic massage or facial. Credits can roll over to the next month if you can't make it to the spa. If you sign up for a prepaid membership, you'll receive all credits upfront.

Yes! If you don't use your massage or facial one month, it will automatically roll over into the following month. If you terminate your membership, any treatments you accumulate will expire 90 days after you cancel.
