Are you now expected to work from home?

Here are a few reminders to hold you over until your next massage:

  1. Sit in a tall back chair at a desk or table to support your back.

  2. Take regular breaks to stretch, get water, or just take out the garbage.

  3. Stretch regularly to keep your muscles working.

  4. Choose your work station wisely to avoid distractions such as kids or pets (if possible).

  5. Exercise to start and end your day. This is your commute, even if you do not leave the house.

  6. Put away distracting items and uncompleted projects.

  7. Call, chat or video chat with co-workers to avoid Isolation.
